This people rip me off all my money , my husband and i we were scammed very easily , we felt on their timeshare presentation trap , so there we were exposed to a high pressure with the sales persons, so finally we bought some weeks, actually we never used that but after signing the contract this people started to charge a lot of things that we never used, like the maintenance fees that are SO HIGH .

I dont know why this people still doing this , really nobody wants to get ripped of their money, so the only way is to be very alert and dont trust in no one, if you are trying to invest in something good, pls you must search another options, exist many ways to enjoy life and not necesary with a timeshare membership..

Our actual "tour" guide was very nice which is why we felt like sticking with him through the entire tour but once we got into the sales room, it was an absolute nightmare. We had three different people try to convince us to buy and they just would not give up until we finally got up from the table and left.

se negaron a cancelar mi contrato con miles de pretextos, yo sabia que yo tenia derecho a un plazo de 5 dias para cancelar mi tiempo compartido, despues de consultarlo con mi familia me di cuenta que habia hecho una mala desicion e intente cancelarlo, pero me fue imposible, mas bien, me lo hicieron imposible!!! pueden ayudarme?
BUYER BEWARE is all i can say of this hotel. We did not stay at the Sunset but had to attend a "90" min timeshare presentation there. This was the worst experience of my life. So glad we didn't fall for their scheme!!! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a nice and relaxing vacation in authentic Mexico.
si, no dejan de mencionar lo de la inversion, lo de que es buenisimo invertir en eso porque despues se paga solo, y todas esas cosas, la verdad tengan mucho cuidado porque son puras mentiras, afortunadamente yo no cai en su trampa pero estoy segura que con toda la presion que manejan mas de uno cae! cuidado!!!
