We were given the pitch by their General Manager, Matt Casey. We owned a Timeshare in Paradise Village, Puerto Vallarta but it did not fulfill our holiday needs. Matt told us of a plan that did what we needed and a little more, or so we thought. He gave us credit for our current plan added more $ to get us what we wanted, ability to use their properties 3 or 4 months or more each winter. Sounded like what we wanted, but, so far we have only been able to book 4 weeks through another company using what is referred to as GETAWAY weeks. The 4 weeks were booked in early Jan. for use in Dec. 2020. The earth and the moon were promised during the PITCH but then sporatic contact since. Phones are not answered, E-mails not responded to. We were given? unlimited weeks of use through the other company only to learn from them they only have weeks that they receive thru other Timeshare companies. This was NOT explained during the presentation. Makes a huge difference in availability of units. We are to sat the least VERY DISAPPOINTED in The VILLA GROUP up to this point in time.

Compramos membresia con estas personas y solo hemos podido usar en una sola ocasión, siempre nos dicen que no tienen disponibilidad y que nos suscribamos a una membresia premium para poder agendar, cosa que es pagar casi el doble de lo que pagamos, para nada es lo que nos dijeron al principio, esto es un fraude.

I agree....dealing with the Customer Service (or lack thereof) at the Villa Group has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had and they are extremely deceptive, liars, and downright rude. This is a SCAM....they will take your money and threaten you if you don't purchase a $50,000 package that's maybe worth $1,000. Complete rip off....

We took out family vacation to Cancun February 2018. As you are walking through the airport towards the end whete you get your shuttle, a friendly person comes up to us to ask us who we booked our vacation with...we told her Apple Vacations and she says follow me! We thought she was an apple rep because apple told us to look for our apple vacation rep in the airport to find your shuttle. Well she was not!! She was apart of a company that rents space from the Cancun airport and tries to get you to go to a timeshare presentation. They told us about getting these trips for dirt cheap if we would go to see the resort and we would only be gone 90mins. We thought as others that maybe it would he a good deal, the man pitching it to is was nice and funny so we thought 90mins we would do it...big mistake!!! Took us 30 mins to get there...then we were told we would get breakfast, we wait in this huge line with 2 small hungry children and all of these people are going ahead of us. By this time we knew something was up...my husband and myself lost it! We asked to speak to a manager and told them that they were wasting our time. The manager came over and escorted us to the man who would get us back to our hotel. He told us that it was 90 mins after you got to the resort not 90 mins total, but jot how it was presented to us. Sadly we learned our lesson. While coming out of the Cancun airport just say no thank you and walk on by...leason learned!!!
