Its sad when a salesman will tell you all kinds of lies, even getting other companies involve in his lies to get you to purchase a timeshare membership. This is a great hotel, shame their timeshare sales will bring down the good name of this resort.

I agree with how beautiful their resorts are, but if Pueblo Bonito was to stay in business, they need to stop this scam, because it is a matter of time decent people will not stay there. In the mean time, we should stop going there and let them know we do not appreciate their business.

The sales people at Pueblo Bonito are trained on hitting every possible emotion impact. I sat on one and remember vividly entering the demonstration suite all clean and sparkly from the tiles to the glassware, then the sideroom simulating a typical hotel, bland, lights darkened some with the salesperson verbally painting a picture of is this what you want or this and turns with a wave of the hand walking back out into the sparkly room, this could be your families experience.

I purchased a seven night vacation at Puewblo Bonito during a timeshare presentation for Pueblo Bonito. Upon returning home from vacation 5 days later, I went online and discovered I was charged double the rate to stay at this resort.
I immediately contacted customer service and cancelled my stay at Pueblo Boniton and Contacted Visa to dispute the $375 down payment I was charged. I was assured by Pueblo Bonito that my account would be cancelled, I would owe nothing and receive my down payment back.
A month later I received a bill in the mail from Pueblo Bonito. I contacted customer service again and was assured it was only a mistake and I owed nothing, at this time they mailed a letter to me showing my account was closed and my account balance is $0.
I begin to think I am finally out of this scam until a month later when Visa calls to inform me that my down payment still has not been refunded. I call customer service again and again and keep getting the run around and am told someone will call me back (which never happened).
Upon my last call to customer service they finally tell me they have no plans on refunding the down payment I made. I now have to go through the Better Business Bureau to try to get my money back from this scam. Please beware Pueblo Bonito cares nothing about there customers and only about ripping people off!!

Pueblo Bonito timeshares are NOTHING but a scam. The salespeople tell you one thing, then once you make the purchase, you find out it was all lies. If you know anyone who is contemplating buying one, tell them not to waste their money with this company. For the amount they would spend on it, they could easily take a vacation once a year, and they won't be saddled with all the fees.

I think Pueblo Bonito may be the worst for timeshares. I can't imagine in my wildest dreams going to one of these things. Never go there.

I can attest to how aggressive Pueblo Bonito scammers can be because they attacked me when I owned my time share. Oh, by the way, timeshares them selves, fraudster resorts make them scams.
