- When you finally can make a reservation, they tell you that you need to do a timeshare upgrade your timeshare membership because you don’t have all the benefits.

Mis padres estan pasando muy mal rato con estas personas de raintree, tienen membresia y nada de lo que les prometieron en la presentacion les han cumplido, les piden una actualizacion de membresia para que puedan reservar, un fraude total.
many many problems with this resort, the cost of the maintenance fees are so high but didnt seem reflected in the rooms! insects everywhere and dirty baths, raintree its not a deal.
Estafadores las personas de raintree! mis padres firmaron un contrato con ellos, haciendolos creer que podrian viajar por todo el mundo y hospedarse sin problema, para su sorpresa al querer viajar les dijeron que tenian que subir de nivel su membresia, cosa que durante la presentacion de tiempo compartido no les dijeron! tengan mucho cuidado con estas lacras.

Raintree resorts are the worst of the worst! they totally scammed to me and all my family, we felt in their timeshare pitch and aproved instantly a credit card charge to aquire a timeshare membership, we totally regret it !
No crean en nada de lo que raintree promete, no cumplen con nada! mi esposo y yo compramos con ellos na membresa aproximadaente 1 año y de lo que nos prometieron no hemos recibido nada, solo una enorme deuda que no tiene fin, cometimos un error muy grande en acceder con estas personas, por favor necesitamos ayuda !
Okay..so, I'm originally from Mexico and I came on vacation with my parents because won a trip. I ended up on Club Regina because when we went to Islas Mujer we bought from this lady a snorkel package where if you went to have breakfast and into a tour to get to know the hotem from Club Regina we would get 600 mxn out of the 1200mxn we spent. They DID NOT tell us it'd be a presentation to the club. And we went to the breakfast. I am here rn while writing this message. The girl that talked to us at breakfast has tried everything to get us to join. Even mentioned the trial thing. She told us it'd be 90 mins but it has been almost 3 hours. We are currently sitting on a table with "the manager" probably because we have been very strong about us not buying anything. Currently he's dropped the cost of our "membership" to a very low price. And basically he's trying to convince us with every single thing. They keep bringing people to us and it is getting hella scary because they won't let us leave. And we are losing our last day of vacation. I'm glad I found this page before buying anything. We thought it was a good deal and probably would have bought it if I had not found this page. To all people traveling and coming across this Club. Do not buy it. Seriously!
Hace unos meses asistimos a una presentacion de tempo compartido con esta cadena, nos ofrecieron unos paseos y desayunos gratis por nuestra estadia, pensamos que seria buena idea, la presentacion duro casi 3 horas y terminamos firmando un contrato del cual estamos sumamente arrepentidos, no podemos seguir pagandolo necesitamos cancelarlo ya !
Raintree vacation club claro que son unos estafadores de primer mundo ! mis papas fueron sinicamente estafados por raintree desgraciadamente con el contrato que ellos firmaron no hemos podido poder hacer algo al respecto para cancelarlo, necesitamos que nos asesoren para salir de esta pesadilla!
Gracias por compartir , es una lastima que cada vez mas y mas sea comun estas estafas por parte de los resorts , parece que esta industria cada vez es mas grande y nada puede detenerla , conllevando a la ves a miles de personas , asi como yo a ser estafados de la forma mas vil cuando te ofrecen un tiempo compartido y mil maravillas mas, les aseguro que un tiempo compartido no vale nada, si no por el contrario terminas pagando un servicio que ni siquiera puedes usar.
