No queria creerlo cuando nos contaron sobre este resort solaris, ya que al principio todo iba muy bien con ellos, de un tiempo hacia aca se han puesto muy rudos a la hora de poder agendar, al grado de exigirnos que compremos una membresia mas cara.

Totally agree . club solaris is a bad idea to invest , my parents were involved on a timeshare presentation giving as result the acquisition of a timeshare , the problem with club solaris was the high cost of the maintenance fees , at the begining the price was acceptable but then became a mess.

yes, a scam. it is truly despicable that trusting people are told a butt-load of lies, initial and acknowledge through signatures they are being scammed and then dutifully hand over the money. we paid the preferred program to rent out our unit over 2 years ago. what a shock...no takers!!! unfortunately, this is a "too good to be true" situation and many fall for it. it very sad that people are lured into this. i don't know what to do

I paid 199 for a stay at Royal Solaris providing I attend a timeshare presentation. I was promised a restaurant gift card for 100. They said the 100. could be used to pay for meals till it was used up. I also was promised a 50. credit card. I figured pay 200. get back 150. not bad
Later, I discovered the 100. meal card was a ruse. They only give you a coupon book to be used at certain restaurants with only a small % of the bill taken off. Many restaurants don't accept it.
You could get the same thing out of the newspapers or in a hotel lobby.
I guess I'll never see the 100. refunded for false and misleading advertising. But, I sure am glad I never bought anything from them. Stay away!

What can we do the people who were defrauded by this company?
I coul say that 90% who have bought to this company are in the ame situation. In my case, I bought the timeshare a long time ago, but I don't want to keep paying.
For the help that you can give us, thank you very much.

Never ever go to a timeshare presentation in Solaris. Years ago it was not a bad deal but now the timeshare is totally worthless and the maintenance fees are ridiculous. You juts have to get up and walk away, it doesn't matter what they offer you, don't go!

I would be very interested in any information you have on cancelling timeshares. Our timeshare is paid in full but we owe about 1500 in maintenance fees. We filed bankruptcy last year and money is tight. Any help is really appreciated. Thanks.
