Common Complaints:
- Salespeople claim that the all-inclusive fee is per night, when in reality it is per person per night
- Promise to rent out their timeshare weeks as a financial investment and to pay off the membership. In reality, clients are referred to a third party agency that charges a listing fee and does not complete the rental.
- Claims that Club Real was better than all timeshares and they are completely different because the salesperson can sell your weeks to other members and potential members who they have lined up ready to buy them.

we found out that it was all a dishonest sales practice and a LIE to steal money from you!
Don't waste your time or money on them. Be careful, and stay away!

do not get into the timeshare scam, inform yourselves and be wary
the fees are too expensive, i really need to get rid of it!
My wife and I purchased a Real Club Timeshare. All of the promises of being able to sell our weeks, ease of use and actual costs to us for future travel have proved false. They promised us high trading power with RCI and I have come to find out is we actually have terrible trading power that allows us very few options. I have paid over $5000 to date with a remaining balance of about 5k. I would like to be able to recover all monies spend on this fraudulent contract!

Has anyone been able to rent their weeks? and if so, how did you do it?
They will give you nothing at all. I'm writting a legal complaint!!!!!!
